When is Marèva 2 at The Oasis handed over?
Emaar's target is February 2030, the same as Marèva. Handover here means the date the closing instalment falls due at 100 per cent construction, taken from the cluster's own payment plan. Emaar's dates can change.
What is the Marèva 2 payment plan?
80/20, with 10% on booking. The last 20% is paid at handover.
How many villas are in Marèva 2?
346: 177 four bedroom, 119 five bedroom and 50 six bedroom villas. The specification is the same as Marèva, with slightly larger six bedroom plots.

Where can I see the Marèva 2 floor plans?
